Product recommendable - service rather less

The step pads correspond to the offer, are easy to attach and also stable. A questionable skepticism regarding the slip resistance due to just a one -time fixation on the step edge has not yet been confirmed.

As for the service, we would have hoped for a little more customer orientation. Since the color palette is quite large, it was asked in advance whether there is the possibility to order 2 sample levels and the one for which it was not decided to send back free of charge (this is possible without any problems with most mail order). Unfortunately, this possibility was not granted to us and the answer emails were not exactly friendly.

So we have bought 15 step pads + an additional dirt trap mat and now retain the step mat that is actually not required, since we have already paid 2x shipping costs and now do not view to pay again for the return shipping. You could do this better ...
